Our Board of Directors

BEST' is the Charity organization's governing body, elected by the trustees at an annual meeting. All trustees are responsible for gaining a basic understanding and initiating action in support of BEST's mission, goals, Activity and programs. This includes assisting in expanding BEST's outreach and increasing its visibility and donor support. All trustees are volunteers and serve without compensation.

The board of trustees appoints BEST's Chairman and secretary. The Chairman appoints the rest of BESTs executive team, including the chief operating Manager, Fundraiser Co coordinator, other officers, staffs and Volunteers worker and Volunteer Organization for work, IT and administration, human resources, program, and external relations and Advisors.
